The English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program is designed to provide valuable language skills and support to individuals in our community for whom English is not their first language. The program consists of engaging and interactive classes held every Monday and Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

Since last fall, Anointed has maintained a partnership with Lake Technical College to support and facilitate access to English classes for the community of Groveland and surrounding areas through the ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Laguages) program.  The program offers Basic and Intermediate English courses and follows the official academic calendar of Lake Tech.  For 2026, two semesters are scheduled: January 12 through May 20, and August 17 through December 16.  This partnership represents a vital opportunity for our community, as English proficiency is an essential tool for accessing better employment opportunities, pursuing technical or higher education, supporting children's academic success, and confidently navigating everyday situations such as medical appointments, workplace communication, and official procedures.  Strengthening English language skills also promotes greater social integration, builds self-confidence, and contributes to the personal, professional, and economic growth of families, ultimately creating a positive and lasting impact on the overall well-being of the community. The modules are 15 weeks each.  Call our office today, at 352-404-7898 if you are interested.

ACSI is a 501c3 non-profit community-based organization that provides services to citizens of Florida and abroad.

Our primary focus is on youth, single women with children, and the elderly who are economically and technologically disadvantaged.

We provide training and development to our target population in order to promote self-sufficiency.
